Appellate court strikes out Peter Anthony's notice of appeal


PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal struck out the appeal filed by former Sabah Infrastructure Development minister Datuk Peter Anthony (pic) , who is charged with using false documents, to transfer his case from the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to the Kota Kinabalu Sessions Court.

A three-man bench comprising Datuk Nor Bee Ariffin, Datuk Ahmad Nasfy Yasin and Datuk Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali came to a unanimous decision during the proceedings on Tuesday (March 15).
