IPOH: The entire Cabinet should be sacked over the failure to pass a motion to continue with the powers to detain suspects for up to 28 days without trial under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act (Sosma), says Tan Sri Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.

"It is a collective responsibility," said the Gua Musang MP.
