KUALA LUMPUR: Former auditor-general Tan Sri Madinah Mohamed told the High Court here that she was shocked to find out that there were orders to destroy the original 1Malaysia Development Bhd audit report.
The witness said during cross-examination by lead defense counsel Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah that she was informed of the matter by National Audit Department (NAD) officer Nor Salwani Muhammad in a meeting in March 2017.
