Johor police ready for border reopening, says state's top cop

JOHOR BARU: Close to 400 policemen will be stationed at the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex (CIQ) at the Sultan Iskandar Building (BSI) here and the Sultan Abu Bakar Complex (KSAB) in Iskandar Puteri when the border reopens, says Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat.

The Johor police chief added that police have also identified 41 hotspots in the state where a total of 1,600 policemen will be deployed to monitor the areas.
