BUTTERWORTH: The Penang Port Commission (PPC) has set its sights on receiving international recognition from the Apec Port Services Network through the Green Port Awards System.
PPC chairman Datuk Tan Teik Cheng said the awards programme was a "green evaluation" system for ports in the Asia Pacific region.
