MAS pledges to support Mercy Malaysia


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airlines has pledged to contribute proceeds from its ticket sales to Mercy Malaysia in support of “Change for Humanity”, a cause in partnership with a non-governmental organisation.Through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed on April 1 between Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) and Mercy Malaysia, both would jointly organise fund-raising activities and mobilise resources for community-based initiatives.

“As the official airline partner for Mercy Malaysia, Malaysia Airlines, supported by sister airlines Firefly, MASwings, AMAL and MAB Kargo, will provide logistical support through its cargo shipment and commercial flights to facilitate the movement of goods and volunteers for global and domestic relief efforts.
