IN the spirit of Ramadan, Lazada Malaysia is joining Islamic Relief Malaysia’s fundraising efforts to raise RM2.3mil through LazadaForGood – Lazada’s digital giving platform, for over 40,000 beneficiaries that will benefit from the Rezeki Ramadan food packs, in conjunction with its Ramadan campaign..
“For Ramadan and Syawal, Islamic Relief Malaysia is doubling down on the effort to deliver humanitarian aid in the form of food packs for low-income families and the underprivileged community,” says Islamic Relief Malaysia chief executive officer Zairulshahfuddin Zainal Abidin.
“The opportunity to collaborate again with Lazada Malaysia is profoundly meaningful and the impact will be far reaching. The donations will help to fund thousands of Rezeki Ramadan food packs that consist of supplies such as rice, flour, canned food, cooking oil, sugar, dates and daily essentials for buka puasa and sahur.”
