Cradle fund: Prosecution hasn't been able to establish prima facie case against the accused, court told


SHAH ALAM: The prosecution in the murder case of Cradle Fund chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan has not been able to establish a prima facie case against the accused persons, his widow Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers, the High Court was told on Thursday (April 7).

In fact, counsel Rahmat Hazlan said all the arguments and evidence adduced by the prosecution had been thrown into disarray by the defence.
