PETALING JAYA: The “chronic underinvestment” in the treatment of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) will be addressed by the Health Ministry’s White Paper on health, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah (pic).
The Health director-general said: “The ministry is in the process of putting forth the document to reform the national healthcare system which includes service delivery, financing, governance as well as organisation for the next 15 years.
