Pulling dog while driving: Mother, son called up by cops


JOHOR BARU: Police have recorded the statements of a mother and son after a video went viral showing a dog being pulled beside a moving car.

Johor Baru North OCPD Asst Comm Rupiah Abd Wahid said the nine-second video that made rounds on social media on Saturday (April 9), showed the dog being pulled by an individual sitting in the passenger seat of the white car.
