PETALING JAYA: Malaysia managed to keep its excess mortality rate low during the Covid-19 pandemic thanks to good compliance to health protocols, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said the low rate could be attributed to the country's good public health response since March 2020.
