KOTA KINABALU: Sandakan's popular snack "UFO tart" is set to be celebrated as one of Sabah's unique food cultures.
A special "UFO Tart Day” to commemorate the famous Sandakan tart on May 5 will kick off activities in conjunction with the Sandakan Pastry Competition, said Sandakan Tourism Association president Teo Chee Kim.
