KOTA KINABALU: Three Indonesian crewmembers of a Sabah-registered fishing boat who were supposedly held by gunmen in southern Philippines waters have returned to Sandakan.
Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) Commander Deputy Comm Hamzah Ahmad confirmed the crewmen's safe return.
