PETALING JAYA: Incorrect policies caused issues on the local chicken supply, says former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who went on to say that he warned the Perikatan Nasional government about the issue over a year ago.
Najib said he pointed this out in an April 2021 Facebook posting, after noticing that Perikatan's price control mechanism on chicken sales had set a lower price compared to then market prices.
