PETALING JAYA: The Penang state government should consider closing a section of Carnarvon Street in Penang to ensure street hawkers and patrons have peace of mind while in the area, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
The Transport Minister said he fully supported the closure of the stretch of road to traffic during the roadside hawkers' operating hours from 4pm to 12am.
