MACC: No word from AGC of charges being dropped against Mara Corp officers

PUTRAJAYA: There has been no indication that the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) will drop charges against three Mara Corporation Sdn Bhd officers accused of abuse of power and mismanagement, says Tan Sri Azam Baki.

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner said the anti-graft body is of the view that there are sufficient grounds to charge the three in court and this had been conveyed to the AGC.
