KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob congratulated the Sultan of Kedah, Sultan Sallehuddin Sultan Badlishah, on the ruler’s 80th official birthday celebration on Sunday (June 19).
