Botched circumcision case: Govt, four others file appeal against RM3.1mil damages award

KUALA LUMPUR: The government and four other defendants have appealed against a High Court decision awarding RM3.1mil in damages to a man who lost the head of his penis 12 years ago during a botched circumcision.

The four other defendants are a medical officer and the director of Hospital Kuala Lipis and a specialist and the director of Hospital Selayang.
