Johor MMEA seize four tankers for illegal entry


KOTA TINGGI: Four tanker ships were seized within a week in the waters of east Johor here.

Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) Tanjung Sedili deputy director (operations) Mohd Najib Sam said the first ship was registered from Zanzibar and was detained at 15 nautical miles east of Tanjung Lompat at around 10.15am on Thursday (July 7).
