KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has granted leave for Parti Kemakmoran Negara to initiate a judicial review over its appeal against a decision by the Registrar of Societies (ROS) that rejected the party's registration.
High Court judge Justice Ahmad Kamal Md Shahid delivered the decision during a proceeding here on Monday (July 18), said lawyer Lim Wei Jiet, who represented the political party initiated by veterans.
