JOHOR BARU: An Indonesian assistant skipper was sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment by a High Court here after he pleaded guilty to smuggling illegal immigrants into the country two years ago.
Hermanda, 27, made the plea when the charge was read before Justice Noor Hayati Mat on Tuesday (July 19).
