GEORGE TOWN: The pre-qualification stage of the open tender Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the implementation of the Bayan Lepas Light Rail Transit (LRT) has started.
Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said that the online registration for companies interested to implement the project was now open and added that the month-long process would close on Aug 24.
