PKR Youth chief Adam Adli said he gave full cooperation to the police when his statement was recorded.

"The police showed a few photos and asked whether I attended the event or otherwise," he told reporters after his statement was taken.

Adam said the rally was aimed at voicing out the grievances of the people.

"The government should take proactive measures to solve problems faced by the rakyat during the current economic climate," he said.

Ketari assemblyman Young Syefura Othman said the rally symbolised the voice of the people against the increase in the price of goods.
