Besides having to brave the elements, these unsung heroes of the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) also face the arduous tasks of cleaning clogged drains, upkeeping public toilets, clearing the debris from flood-hit areas, and sweeping fallen leaves – all this to ensure that the people have a smooth and pleasant day in the city.
