SHAH ALAM: The Selangor Barisan Nasional Convention has kicked off here with the state coalition coordination committee deputy chairman Datuk Megat Zulkarnain Omar Din telling participants that victory in the 15th General Election is possible.
He said despite losing the previous general election, Selangor Barisan will never surrender.
