KUALA LUMPUR: Police have submitted the investigation paper on a religious speaker suspected of raping an underage girl to the deputy public prosecutor.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Azmi Abu Kassim said the paper was submitted on Tuesday (Aug 2).
