Former company director charged with cheating over RM5mil loan


KUALA LUMPUR: A former director of a real estate firm pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here on Tuesday (Aug 2) to charges of cheating a company over a RM5mil loan five years ago.

Teoh Soo Beng, 56, also pleaded not guilty to committing criminal breach of trust (CBT) and to an alternative charge of the dishonest misappropriation of property.
