PM: Definition of 'vulnerable' expanded to include 12 groups to protect and safeguard their well-being

PUTRAJAYA: The definition of vulnerable group has been expanded to include 12 groups, including the homeless and stateless to protect them against manipulation, abandonment and mistreatment, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The Prime Minister said other groups defined as vulnerable included refugees, patients with communicable diseases as well as the poor.
