High Court dismisses Labuan MP's striking-out application


KUALA LUMPUR, The High Court here dismissed an application by Labuan MP Datuk Rozman Isli to quash a charge made against him for using his position to secure a contract for Labuan Liberty Port Management Sdn Bhd (LLPM) three years ago.

Judicial Commissioner Roz Mawar Rozain dismissed the application on grounds that the charge against Rozman was valid and not flawed.
