KUALA LUMPUR: The Ampang Sessions Court here has acquitted Sungai Besar Umno chief Datuk Seri Jamal Md Yunos (pic) of two counts of uploading offensive content on Facebook two years ago.
Judge Wan Mohd Norisham Wan Yaakob ordered the acquittal after finding that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against Jamal at the end of its case.
