Najib's final SRC appeal: Apex court allows defence bid to amend application to admit new evidence


PUTRAJAYA: A five-judge panel of the Federal Court has allowed former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to amend his application to adduce new evidence in his appeal against his conviction in the SRC International case.

The application is being heard by a five judge panel chaired by Chief Justice Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat, and also includes Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Justice Abang Iskandar Abang Hashim and Federal Court judges, Justices Nallini Pathmanathan, Mary Lim Thiam Suan, and Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah.
