GEORGE TOWN: The High Court here has set Sept 14 to hear the amendments to the case of the four assemblymen who filed for an injunction against the Penang state assembly from passing a motion to vacate their seats.
The four - Zulkifli Ibrahim (Sungai Acheh), Dr Afif Bahardin (Seberang Jaya), Khaliq Mehtab Mohd Ishaq (Bertam) and Zolkifly Md Lazim (Telok Bahang) who are facing the prospect of losing their seats would be filing amendments to their originating summons (OS) claiming that the law was in violation of freedom of speech.
