PETALING JAYA: Pooling the health budgets of employers together with federal and state governments could provide a more sustainable health financing system, said Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.
The former health minister mooted a National Health Care Fund which would also pool the annual healthcare spending of pension funds, private health insurance companies and households.
