Elderly man hopes to get financial assistance for him and bedridden wife


IPOH: An elderly former odd-job labourer hopes to get some financial assistance from the public to help him and his bedridden wife.

Yea Soon Bah, 76, from Taman Tasek Mewah here, said he had stopped working since 2001 as he has mobility issues while his 66-year-old wife, Wong Ah Boon, suffered a stroke about two years ago and had been left paralysed since.
