Three arrested in Penang drug raids


GEORGE TOWN: Three suspected drug pushers were detained by police in separate raids with more than 200g of heroin worth RM7,1555 seized.

George Town deputy OCPD Supt V. Saravanan said in the first raid, a team of police from the district Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department (NCID) raided an area in Padang Tembak, Ayer Itam and arrested a 45-year-old man at 6.35pm on Sept 6.
