Review of Sessions Court's decision: Zizie Izette applies to hear case with Bung Moktar's application


KUALA LUMPUR: Datin Seri Zizie Izette Abdul Samad has requested a notice of motion be filed to review the decision of the Sessions Court which ordered the actress to defend herself on charges of bribery of RM2.8mil to be heard together with her husband Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin's application before the same judge at the High Court.

Lawyer Datuk K. Kumaraendran, who is representing Zizie Izette, said he had requested that Zizie Izette's application be transferred before Judicial Commissioner Datuk Azhar Abdul Hamid when the case was mentioned on Monday (Set 26).
