PETALING JAYA: The government’s focus on upskilling the workforce and giving more incentives to women and youths will help bridge the gap in building the talent and resource pipeline for the nation, says a talent group.

Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) president and chief executive officer Michele Kythe Lim said Budget 2023 reflected the government’s long-term vision to create a more resilient business environment and economy.
