PETALING JAYA: As the country gets ready for national polls, a surge in Covid-19 cases in neighbouring Singapore, caused by a new Covid-19 subvariant, may require the people to be vigilant and take proactive measures, say health experts.
They advised that standard operating procedure (SOP) be imposed during the elections in order to protect the vulnerable and prevent a surge in cases, especially at a time when floods are expected.
