Floods: Downward trend in water level readings above danger mark in Kedah, says Environs Ministry

KUALA LUMPUR: The water level readings above the danger mark in several areas in Kedah are on a downward trend as at 6.30pm Sunday, says Environment and Water Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Dr Zaini Ujang.

Downward trends were recorded at the Sungai Melaka Station in Padang Matsirat, Sungai Melaka Station in Bukit Kemboja, Langkawi, and Sungai Anak Bukit in Jambatan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Kota Setar, he said.
