GEORGE TOWN: In view of the impending polls, the Penang state assembly will sit for one day on Nov 4 before being postponed until the 15th General Election (GE15) is over, says Chow Kon Yeow.
The Chief Minister said the focus would be on the parliamentary election as the state assembly will not be dissolved for now.
