PETALING JAYA: A 6.9% increase in Covid-19 hospital admissions per 100,000 individuals was recorded at healthcare facilities and Covid-19 Quarantine and Treatment Centres during Epidemiological Week 42, says the Health Ministry.
Its director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the period between Oct 16 to Oct 22, saw an 18.2% increase in admissions at public healthcare facilities for cases in categories one and two per 100,000 individuals,
