Too early to predict weather during GE15, says MetMalaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: It is too early to predict the weather for Nov 19, polling day for the 15th General Election (GE15), says the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia).

Its deputy director-general (strategic and technical) Dr Mohd Hisham Mohd Arip said weather patterns could not be determined for now because the country is still in the monsoon transition phase which started on Oct 3 and is expected to last until next month.
