KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Pan Borneo Highway project could have been completed this year had it not been for the previous Pakatan Harapan government administration, says Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin.
Bung Moktar, who is state Works Minister, said the project failed to be done on schedule during Pakatan’s time as the allocation for the project had been "taken away" with the notion that it was to save the government's finances.
