KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court was told that former deputy prime minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was a charitable person who often carried out welfare activities.
Two of his aides testified this at Ahmad Zahid's corruption trial involving Yayasan Akalbudi (YAB) funds here on Tuesday (Nov 1).
