SINGAPORE: The Malaysian High Commissioner to Singapore, Datuk Dr Azfar Mohamad Mustafar, has been honoured by his alma mater, the World Maritime University (WMU) of Sweden.
He received the “Outstanding Alumnus Award” for his distinctive contributions to the maritime sector, nationally and internationally.
