PETALING JAYA: The Election Commission (EC) says there will be no voting for the Padang Serai parliamentary seat on Saturday (Nov 19) due to the death of Pakatan Harapan candidate Karupaiya Mutusami.
At a meeting on Friday (Nov 18), the EC decided on important dates for the constituency in the 15th General Election.
