SEREMBAN: Every fight will have someone that loses, says Rani Kulup Abdullah.
"Even though Ayah (himself in the third person) has tried, winning and losing are a part of competition.
"Lawan tetap lawan (fight on)," he said on his Facebook page on Sunday (Nov 20).
He added that he was brave to contest in the Port Dickson seat and that he was brave in defeat.
Pakatan Harapan’s Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun won the Port Dickson parliamentary seat in a landslide victory, earning 42,013 votes.
He won with a majority of 23,601 votes.
Datuk P Kamalanthan from Barisan Nasional and Rafiei Mustapha from Perikatan Nasional earned 18,412 and 18,235 votes respectively.
Dr Ahmad Idham Ahmad Nadzri only managed to garner 1,084 votes, while the serial police report maker, who ran as an independent, managed to score 441 votes.
