Fire breaks out at Finance Ministry in Putrajaya


PUTRAJAYA: A fire broke out at the Finance Ministry headquarters on Tuesday (Dec 6) afternoon.

The incident had occurred around 2.30pm at a dumpsite located at the building.

A 48-second video showing a fire engine heading to the ministry headquarters has since gone viral on social media sites.

It is learnt that firemen have successfully put out the fire while no one was injured during the incident.

The Fire and Rescue Department has yet to issue a statement on the incident.
