KUALA LUMPUR: Bibliophiles can now rejoice as BookFest @ Malaysia is back with more deals and rewards in its 16th edition.

This year, it is being held at 43 selected Popular and Harris bookstores nationwide (including Sabah and Sarawak) until Dec 18.

BookFest @ Malaysia is among the highly anticipated annual events, and for the last 14 editions, it was held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

However, as the country steers cautiously towards endemicity, BookFest @ Malaysia has been held at their bookstores since last year and they have been keeping its ethos alive by including similar elements from prior BookFest @ Malaysia into their offers and rewards.

As a matter of fact, this year's theme, "Big Dreams Great Journey” is inspired by the children's classic The Wonderful Wizard of OZ, which features fantasy characters like Dorothy, the Tin Man, the Lion, and the Scarecrow. While the story revolves around the magical journey of these characters pursuing their dreams, BookFest @ Malaysia 2022 serves as an avenue for book lovers to meet their heart’s desires and get everything beyond their imagination.

With bountiful products like books, stationery, gifts, titbits, CD and DVDs, gadgets as well as IT as well as rewards, book lovers are assured that their days will be filled with excitement more than ever!

Additionally, there are also a list of fun events and activities such as authors’ sharing sessions, children’s activities and competitions, Crazy POP Bargain, Win – Win Notebook Contest live selection, and cooking demos by well-known chefs.
