Three siblings die from electrocution in Tumpat floods


PETALING JAYA: Three siblings are believed to have died after being electrocuted at their flood-submerged home in Tumpat, Kelantan, on Monday (Dec 19).

A portal reported that the incident is understood to have occurred at 11.45am, with all three victims found floating outside their home.

The portal said that one of the victims was electrocuted when holding a pillar, with the two siblings later being affected.

Initial investigations show that the victims, aged 20 to 27, had died at the scene.

A family member also confirmed the incident, according to the portal.
